30x30: day 7. human nature

Today is Day 7 of the Our Lost Jungle Thirty-By-Thirty Challenge, a challenge designed to help writers and artists foster the habit of engaging in creativity regularly. Whether you are an artist, musician, writer, or other creative type, this challenge is for you.

Each day in June will feature a prompt to help inspire you. Take on the prompt, or follow your own creative path! Please feel free to share your work here, post links to your work on your own blog or website, or just follow along (and share your progress)!

day 7. human nature

Today's prompt is "human nature." What does it mean to be human? What is a too-seldom-shared aspect of the human experience? What experiences have you had that can inspire your creative expression today? Write a song about a major life event or news story. Create a recipe that captures all the "flavor of life" we get to enjoy just by being human. Paint an important moment in human history .. or your own. Write a story that needs to be told. Sharing is part of human nature ... embrace that part of yourself today.

Inspirational Quote: "There are no uninteresting things, only uninterested people." ~G.K. Chesterton
